About Me

My photo
If I'm taking I also need to be making. If I'm receiving I need to be giving. If I'm using I need to be producing. This is my creed.

More picture-less blogs.

An update on my life, in case you're so interested to read about it. Truth is, I'm just trying to become consistent in updating this blog, whether I've got something to show or not. Hopefully my charming personality and sparkling insights on life are enough to keep everyone interested, even if there aren't any pictures.

A funny thing... when I worked in the library I would always see books with cool titles and cover art and the first thing I would do is flip through to see if there were any good illustrations. I did the same thing when I was a kid and received a huge collection of old "Nancy Drew" books from my grandmother. First thing I'd do was flip through and look at all of the illustrations. Maybe you're doing the same thing, maybe you're passing by this nostalgic little chunk of text to see if I posted any pictures at the bottom of this blog. Even if you are, I wouldn't blame you. Not that you would know, since you just bypassed this whole section!

At any rate, I did get a new camera! So, this Saturday I plan on photographing the progress of the poster series that I'm working on. Each piece is coming along nicely. I'm sure you all will enjoy it!

Getting Organized

Working hard on finishing my body of work for the career concerns class! I've got the composition and content for all of the 10 posters sketched out and ready for detailing. Sadly, I can't upload any pictures because my camera is... well it's horrible to be perfectly honest.
I'm looking into getting a new camera that's good enough quality to be useful in the working arena!
I need to have pictures of my work for class, so no worries. This obstacle will soon be obliterated due to necessity! I hope you will look forward to it.

Note that on my December 21st post I mentioned scheduling the deadlines for accomplishing the goals you set. Well... I got a schedule book! I'm doing my best to be disciplined and realistic about scheduling tasks in order be as productive as possible! This way I'll hopefully stop letting all of you down. For real, you all are the most gracious audience I've ever had.  *sniff* ...........heh heh.
